Metro Manila, Philippines – A number of local government units have declared class cancellations for Thursday, July 25, due to continuous rains and flooding.
Typhoon Carina and the enhanced southwest monsoon or habagat have inundated parts of Luzon on Wednesday, prompting local government units (LGUs) to suspend classes the next day.
The following LGUs have canceled onsite classes for all levels, in both public and private academic institutions:
Metro Manila
+ Caloocan
+ Mandaluyong
+ San Juan
+ Manila
Central Luzon
+ Bulacan
