The much-anticipated Cinemalaya Film Festival is back and it’s marking many “firsts” in its 19-year run.
This year Cinemalaya finds its new home at the Philippine International Convention Center or PICC.
With the CCP main building still undergoing rehabilitation.
The festival opens today and will last until August 13th.
