Batas et AL: Intellectual Property Rights

Sabi nga nila, “Never underestimate your idea!”. Sa ideya raw kasi nagsisimula ang isang konsepto—artistic project man ito o hindi.

Sa katunayan, ang iba ay humahantong pa sa agawan o demandahan dahil sa tinatawag na intellectual property. Pero ano nga ba ang intellectual property? At sino ang dapat na magkaroon ng proteksyon para rito?
