Groups to send ‘love letters’ to Senate calling for SOGIE SC Bill

LGBTQ+ groups collected so-called “love letters” from all over the country urging lawmakers to pass the SOGIE SC Bill. And on Human Rights Day, these groups took the cause to a colorful celebration in Bulacan.
