Metro Manila, Philippines – Global sensation BTS on Friday finally returned after a four-year hiatus with the album, “Arirang,” treating fans to a 14-track lineup.

“‘Arirang’ is used as a framing for BTS’s deeper cultural roots in the midst of global collaboration, but it is also literally present,” the group said.

It also released the cinematic music video for its title track, “Swim,” which features American actress Lili Reinhart.

Its premiere on YouTube amassed 1.7 million live viewers and surpassed 10 million views in three hours, making it among the fastest music videos to reach the mark this year.

“But in ‘Swim,’ we wanted to talk about love for life against the waves of life just crashing in, at your own pace,” said Taehyung.

Meanwhile, BIGHIT Music announced that RM’s participation in the group’s anticipated comeback show will be limited as he is nursing an ankle injury during a rehearsal on Thursday, March 19.

“A medical diagnosis confirmed a sprain of the accessory navicular, a partial ligament tear, and a talus contusion (which includes ligament damage and inflammation),” it said in a statement.

“As advised by medical professionals, he must wear a cast and strictly limit movement for a minimum of two weeks to concentrate solely on his recovery,” it added.

The show will take place at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul in front of 15,000 fans on March 21 at 7 p.m. local time.

It will also be broadcast live via streaming giant Netflix.
