Enrique Razon Jr. is PH richest — Forbes

Metro Manila, Philippines – Tycoon Enrique Razon Jr. is the richest Filipino in the country and 175th in the world, according to Forbes’ 2026 Billionaires Net Worth List.

Razon’s net worth jumped to $16.5 billion from $10.9 billion in 2025.

The 66-year-old businessman is chairman and president of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), the leading ports operator with businesses across 20 countries. 

“Razon has been stepping up infrastructure investments, buying out Ayala Corporation and taking control of Manila Water in May 2024. He also has stakes in a gas field and bulk water supply facilities in the archipelago,” Forbes said.

The second richest is San Miguel Corporation Chairman and CEO Ramon Ang with a net worth of $3.6 billion.

Others are:

Lucio Tan, chairman of LT group, $3.5 billion; 

Manuel Villar of Vista Land & Lifescapes, $3.1 billion; and

The Sy family of SM Prime and SM Investments occupied the next four spots with a combined net worth of $7.8 billion.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk, founder of Tesla and SpaceX, still leads the global ranking with a whopping $839 billion; followed by Larry Page, CEO of Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google, $257 billion; and Sergey Brin, Alphabet’s former president, $237 billion.

Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon was fourth with $224 billion.

Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, at age 41, remains the youngest billionaire in the Top 20, with a net worth of $222 billion.
