From highly anticipated premieres to epic pop star comebacks, there’s something for everyone to get excited about. Here are some of the most talked-about releases and events hitting screens this March

1. The Bride!

Fresh off an awards-season run, Jessie Buckley returns to theaters as a monstrous, unhinged Bride of Frankenstein in Maggie Gyllenhaal’s bold new adaptation. 2. Sisa

The Bride of Frankenstein isn’t the only “madwoman” headed to cinemas this month. Screen legend Hilda Koronel brings to life a character inspired by one of Jose Rizal’s most iconic figures. 3. Project Hail Mary

Based on Andy Weir’s 2021 bestseller, this sci-fi thriller stars Ryan Gosling as Dr. Ryland Grace, an astronaut who wakes up alone on a spacecraft and realizes he may be humanity’s last shot at survival. Along the way, he meets an alien with the same do-or-die mission for its own world.

5. BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG

It’s been a long time coming, but the biggest K-Pop band in history is back with new songs and a new album called ARIRANG. The BTS Army has been waiting for nearly four years for all seven members to reunite, and on March 21, Netflix hosts this “Dynamite” reunion. This marks the kickoff of promos for their worldwide tour, which is scheduled to stop in Manila in 2027. Alongside the live event, a behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling the making of ARIRANG drops on March 27.

This is only a sampling of what March has in store, because the month is stacked with films, TV, and major pop-culture moments.
