Metro Manila, Philippines – Oil firms have advised motorists of another fuel price hike, starting Tuesday, Feb. 10, marking the fifth consecutive weekly increase for gasoline and the seventh for diesel and kerosene.

Gasoline prices will increase by ₱0.60 per liter, diesel by ₱1.00/l, and kerosene by ₱0.60/l.

The Department of Energy cited higher demand and geopolitical risks as factors driving higher pump prices.

Shell Pilipinas Corp., SEAOIL and Caltex said they will implement the adjustments.

CleanFuel and PetroGazz will apply the same increases, except for kerosene, which they don’t offer.

Other fuel companies have yet to announce changes in their fuel pricing.
