Metro Manila, Philippines – Filipino drag artist Minty Fresh will represent the country on the international stage after she was named a contestant for Season 3 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs. The World.”
Minty is one of 10 queens competing for the title of “Queen of the Mothertucking World” in the upcoming season, which brings together returning contestants from various “Drag Race” franchises worldwide.
Joining her in the cast are Sminty Drop, Gawdland, The Only Naomy, Melinda Verga, Mariah Balenciaga, Zahira Zapanta, Serena Morena, Kate Bush and Fontana.
Minty previously competed on Drag Race Philippines Season 1, where she finished fifth.
She becomes the second Filipino queen to appear on “UK vs. The World,” following Marina Summers, who placed fourth in an earlier season.
“RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs. The World” Season 3 premieres Jan. 27 on WOW Presents Plus.
