Metro Manila, Philippines – Deogracias Victor “DV” Savellano, a politician from Ilocos Sur and an agriculture official, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 7. He was 65.
“Keep smiling up there, Papa,” Savellano’s youngest daughter Marie wrote on social media. “You will always be in my heart. I miss you so much and love you endlessly. Let’s dance again someday in heaven.”
