Metro Manila, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and the entire country celebrated the historic win of gymnast Carlos Yulo, whose floor exercise routine earned him a gold medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics on Saturday.

His victory in the floor exercise final at the Bercy Arena is the country’ s first medal in the Paris campaign.
