Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix give life to “Joker: Folie A Deux,” the sequel to Todd Phillips’ dark hit.
Phoenix reprises his role as Arthur Fleck/Joker while Gaga portrays the role of Harley Quinn.
The film finds Fleck institutionalized at Arkham awaiting trial for his crimes as Joker. And as he struggles with his dual identity, Fleck not only stumbles upon true love, but also finds the music that’s always been inside him.
Philips directed the sequel to his 2019 blockbuster film which earned more than $1 billion at the global box office. Gaga served as musical consultant for the film.
‘Joker: Folie A Deux’ premieres in cinemas on October2.
