Lawmaker to file complaint over ‘voter bribery’ in cha-cha petition

A lawmaker plans to file an election offense complaint against groups allegedly bribing voters to sign a petition for charter change. And while the Senate is already set to review economic provisions in the Constitution, the signature campaign continues.
