Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 24) — Actor Xian Lim took to social media to express his gratitude to his ex-girlfriend Kim Chiu after the actress confirmed they called it quits.
“I am grateful for all the moments we shared together. Thank you for all the unconditional love throughout the years,” Lim said on Sunday.
“I wish that you will find all the happiness and love you are searching for. You deserve nothing but the best,” he added.
Days before she confirmed they called it quits after a nearly 12-year relationship, Lim removed most of his videos, including those with Chiu, from his YouTube channel.
Chiu on Saturday confirmed that she and Lim ended their relationship.
“We thank all our followers for their love and support, but now we ask you to appreciate our honesty and give us the privacy we need as we begin new chapters of our lives,” Chiu said.
The two started dating in 2012. They confirmed they were in a relationship in 2018.
Chiu and Lim became a love team in romantic-comedy series “My Binondo Girl” which aired from 2011 to 2012. They also starred in movies “Bride for Rent,” “Must Date a Playboy,” and “All You Need Is Pag-Ibig.”
