Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 22) — P-pop sensation SB19 has cancelled its concert in Dubai, which was supposedly to take place on Nov. 24.
1Z Entertainment, the music label founded by the boy band, on Tuesday apologized for the cancellation.
“We deeply apologize to everyone inconvenienced by this cancellation. Your continuous patience and understanding are greatly appreciated,” their Instagram post read.
“Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin will continue to work hard and prepare for their future performances with positivity and gratitude knowing that they have your unwavering support and trust,” it added.
1Z said refunds for ticket purchases will be handled by Black Star Entertainment Production, while the group’s label will manage all refunds for merchandise purchases.
SB19 also cancelled the Singapore and Bangkok legs of their “PAGTATAG! World Tour.” There is no announcement yet on the upcoming Japan stop on Dec. 9.
SB19 took a leap of faith in their careers when they launched 1Z in October after deciding to manage themselves early this year.
Among their hits include “Mapa”, “Bazinga,” and lately they found global fame online with “Gento.”
