Farmers refute Agri department’s rice price projection

A farmers’ group refuted the Agriculture department’s statement that rice prices may go as low as 36 and 38 pesos per kilogram with the ongoing harvest season this month.

It says the statement is misleading and could only give false hopes to the public.
