Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 8) — Actress LJ Reyes has tied the knot with her non-showbiz partner in New York City.
Clips shared on Instagram showed Reyes wearing a white, strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline, while Philip Evangelista looked dapper in a white tux.
In May, Reyes shared photos on Instagram with Evangelista down on one knee, looking up to her while presenting a ring.
Weeks before their wedding, Reyes shared a video of her and Evangelista embracing each other. The caption: “I got you.”
The video has received hundreds of comments and over 31,000 likes.
Netizens expressed their support for the couple.

Reyes moved abroad in 2021 following her public and messy breakup with actor Paolo Contis, who was her partner of six years and the father of her daughter Summer. She also has a son with her former boyfriend, actor Paulo Avelino.
