
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 28) — Several local government units (LGUs) announced the suspension of classes on Wednesday due to Super Typhoon Goring.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration has raised Signal No. 2 over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
