
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 14) – A fire broke out in a residential area in Tondo, Manila on Monday afternoon and left 13 injured, authorities reported.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region, the fire started at 4:37 p.m. and was under control at 5:24 p.m. Fire out was declared at 6:16 p.m.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire.
Two of those injured were senior citizens.
