Authorities warn registered owners of SIMs in illegal buy-and-sell

Authorities say cybercriminals buy registered SIMs or those with e-wallet accounts to carry out fraudulent activities.

While the police regularly conduct operations against those selling registered SIMs officials have a warning to the original owners.
