Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 24) — Oil companies on Monday announced they will implement another hike in pump prices this week.
In separate advisories, Clean Fuel and Seaoil said per-liter prices for gasoline will go up by ₱1.35, while ₱0.45 for diesel.
PTT Philippines, Petro Gazz, Caltex, Jetti, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Petron, Flying V, and Unioil have announced the same price adjustments.
According to the Department of Energy, price adjustments up to July 18 resulted in a year-to-date net decrease of ₱0.85 per liter for diesel and ₱3.70 per liter for kerosene.
Gasoline had a net increase of ₱7.55 per liter, the agency added.
Seaoil, Caltex, Petron, and Flying V also said kerosene will cost ₱0.35 more per liter.
