
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 17) – Motorists will see higher fuel prices starting Tuesday, oil companies said.
In separate advisories on Monday, Seaoil, PTT, Caltex, Phoenix and Cleanfuel said the price of diesel will jump by ₱2.10 per liter while gasoline will be more expensive by ₱1.90 per liter.
Petron, Flying V, Unioil will also implement the same price adjustments.
Seaoil, Flying V and Petron also reported that kerosene prices will increase by ₱1.80 per liter.
The Department of Energy’s monitoring showed price adjustments up to July 11 resulted in year-to-date net decrease of ₱2.95 per liter for diesel and ₱5.50 per liter for kerosene. Meanwhile, gasoline had a net increase of ₱5.65 per liter.
