Ex-Solgen favors filing new case vs China to enforce 2016 Arbitral ruling

Up to now, China refuses to honor the country’s landmark victory of its Arbitration case on the West Philippine Sea. A leading figure of the Philippine delegation to the Hague believes filing a new case is one route to take.
