Padilla wants death penalty for govt. personnel involved in agri smuggling

Senator Robin Padilla wants to impose the death penalty against government officials involved in agricultural smuggling.

That’s as a farmer’s group claims the customs bureau had a hand in smuggling that cost farmers billions of pesos in losses.
