Fanfare, vibrancy return to this year’s Pahiyas

Following a subdued celebration last year, Lucban’s Pahiyas Festival makes a vibrant comeback with all the fanfare and color it has been known for before the pandemic.

The local government hopes this year’s fest will draw bigger crowds to boost the local economy.
