
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 6) — The issue of the missing media files on Messenger has now been resolved, Facebook parent company Meta said in a Twitter post.
“We fixed the issue with the ability to view the shared media gallery in Messenger,” Meta said Friday.
“We’re gradually rolling out the fix and everyone should have it soon,” it added. “We’re sorry for the inconvenience.”
On Thursday, the topic “Facebook Messenger” trended on Twitter as users reported that they could no longer access photos, videos, files, and links previously shared on the app.
