Marcos stressed need to avoid repeat of near-collision incident

President Bongbong Marcos recommends the creation of a high-level communication team from Manila and Beijing to avoid a repeat of the near-collision incident between the Philippine and Chinese Coast Guards in te West Philippine Sea.
