Civilian aircraft, motorized banca halt ‘Balikatan’ live-fire exercises

Balikatan’s culminating activity on Wednesday had to be put on hold a couple of times after a civilian aircraft and a motorized bangka intruded into areas where the drills were being held.

These happened despite no-fly and no-sail orders.
