The Justice department is studying the possibility of designating Negros Oriental Representative Arnie Teves as a terrorist over his alleged involvement in the assassination of Governor Roel Degamo.
With Teves’ whereabouts still unknown, Senators refused to grant his request to speak via video conference in a hearing.
