No ₱25/kg rice in wet markets, Kadiwa stores despite Marcos’ claim

President Bongbong Marcos has declared the price of rice has gone down to 25 pesos per kilogram.

But a quick check on the ground including at Kadiwa centers shows this is not exactly the case.

Even the Agriculture department which the president himself leads admits the 20-peso per kilogram target is still a long shot.
