Suspended Bureau of Corrections Chief Gerald Bantag will soon face murder charges in court for the killing of radio broadcaster Percy Lapid as well as the alleged middleman Jun Villamor.
Prosecutors from the Justice department indicted Bantag and several others over the crime.
