Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 10) — Malacañang released an executive order on Friday renaming its Presidential Complaints (PCAO) and Action Office to Presidential Action Center (PACe).
Signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on behalf of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., Executive Order No. 15 states that the renaming is “to ensure that its name is consistent with the nature and scope of its work.”
PACe provides public assistance and social services such as addressing complaints against government processes and various requests for assistance.
Former President Rodrigo Duterte also renamed PCAO from Presidential Complaint Center in 2016.
