PCG asks DOJ, BI for help with undocumented Chinese crew on damaged boat

The Philippine Coast Guard wants Justice department and Immigration officials to to look into the case of undocumented foreign nationals initially rescued aboard a vessel drifting in the Eastern Visayas.
