
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 13) – The Philippines’ Hannah Arnold was the sole Asian candidate to make it to the Top 15 of Miss International 2022 held at Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan on Tuesday.
Arnold, however, failed to enter the Final 8 – concluding her journey at the second round of the competition.
Jasmin Selberg of Germany bagged the crown after besting 65 other delegates from across the world.
She succeeded Miss International 2019 Sireethorn Leearamwat of Thailand – the longest-reigning winner in the pageant’s history, as the 2020 and 2021 editions were canceled due of to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Selberg became the fourth representative of Germany to win the Miss International title. She also represented Germany in the 2021 Miss Globe and 2022 Miss Supranational pageants.
