Congress ratifies ₱5.268T 2023 natl. budget

Both houses of Congress ratify the bicameral conference committee report on the proposed national budget for 2023. Under the bicam version, DepEd’s confidential fund is back to 150-million pesos, after being cut to just 30-million pesos while the budget for the NTF-ELCAC is at 10-billion pesos after being initially reduced by half.
