Marcos: Masskara fest return showing PH ‘ready’ to recover from pandemic

President Marcos believes the comeback of a world-renowned festival shows the country is ready to bounce back from a global health crisis. Aside from post-pandemic recovery, jumpstarting tourism and food security also took the spotlight during his visit to Negros Occidental.
