PH open to discuss joint oil and gas exploration with China again

The country is open to discussing with China once again the possibility of a joint oil and gas exploration in the West Philippine Sea. But the Philippines clarifies that all negotiations should be within the bounds of the Constitution and the 2016 arbitral ruling.
