One dead after vessel catches fire off Bohol

One person died while another missing after a passenger vessel caught fire in the waters off Bohol province. The vessel was on its way to Bato, Leyte when the blaze happened in the waters off Tilmobo island in Bohol. It carried 165 people, including 157 passengers and 8 crew members.
