DepEd launches first-ever, long-term plan after pandemic

The Education department launches a long-term development plan aiming to improve the quality of basic education in the country. DepEd says it will serve as a guideline for the next administration.

But teachers are asking if the plan would benefit people on the ground especially learners who were all affected by the pandemic.
