DOF proposes higher taxes to help Marcos admin settle PH debt

Even before president-elect Ferdinand Marcos Jr. begins his term, a proposal for higher taxes is already facing resistance from workers. But the Finance department explains, this plan will help the next administration settle the country’s record debt.
