Physical election returns at PPCRV now at 67%

As of Monday afternoon, the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) has already received 67% of all physical election returns. The poll watchdog is defending its work amid criticism that it has become a rubber stamp of the Comelec.
