Female cadet from South Cotabato is top PMA grad

A female cadet from South Cotabato tops the graduating Philippine Military Academy ‘Bagsik Diwa’ class of 2022.

Cadet first class Krystlenn Quemado is the daughter of a Philippine Army official and a teacher. She is the seventh woman to top a PMA class.
