First expressway outside Luzon set for opening

A major expressway down south in the first of its kind outside Metro Manila is opening to motorists. The ₱30-billion Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEx) links mainland Cebu to Mactan Island through the municipality of Cordova.
