Manila, Cebu to host FIBA 3×3 World Tour events this year

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 19)— The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) has released its full lineup of events for this year’s 3×3 World Tour — with Manila and Cebu set to host two stops.

In a news release on Friday, FIBA announced that the Manila Masters will take place on May 28 and 29, while the Cebu leg will run on Oct. 1 and 2.

The 2022 season will feature a record high 13 events, FIBA added.

Here is the complete list of events and hosts for the 3×3 World Tour:

Utsunomiya Opener (May 14-15)

Manila Masters (May 28-29)

France (July 15-16)

Prague (July 30-31)

Lausanne (Aug. 19-20)

Debrecen (Aug. 27-28)

Montreal (Sept. 3-4)

Cebu (Oct. 1-2)

Chengdu (no dates yet)

Jeddah (no dates yet)

Hong Kong (no dates yet)

Macau (no dates yet)

Abu Dhabi Final (Dec. 9-10)

FIBA said the list of international qualifiers (challengers) will be released by March.
