Genome Center: Omicron spread likely due to quarantine violators

In a matter of weeks, Omicron has overtaken Delta in majority of samples tested for variants. Now, a recent Philippine Genome Center report shows travelers who breached quarantine protocols could have led to the spread of Omicron in the regions.
