Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 6) — Fifteen personnel of the Presidential Security Group tested positive for COVID-19, but President Rodrigo Duterte was not exposed to them, PSG Commander Randolph Cabangbang said on Thursday.
The COVID-positive personnel are fully vaccinated and asymptomatic.
Acting presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles on Wednesday said necessary protocols are in place to protect the 76-year-old Duterte.
