Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 4) — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has denied with finality over 100 applications for party-list registration ahead of the 2022 polls.
According to a copy of the resolution released Saturday, the poll body said it rejected the motions for reconsideration of 107 party-list groups.
Among those denied accreditation are Nora Aunor’s National Organization for Responsive Advocacies for the Arts (NORAA), Nurses United, LGBTQ Plus, and transport groups Manibela and TDP Truck Drivers PH.
Meanwhile, 13 groups still have pending status with Comelec, including Chef Boy Logro’s LOGRO Kusinero, Mocha Uson’s Mother for Change, and Celine Pialago’s Malasakit Movement.
A total of 165 party-list groups — including those with pending resolutions — are allowed to participate in the raffle set on Dec. 10 for order of appearance in the ballot.

The final list of candidates for the May 2022 elections is expected before the year ends.
