Duterte: No more face shields except in closed, crowded areas

A sigh of relief for many Filipinos: President Rodrigo Duterte says it’s now okay to do away with face shields in outdoor settings, but the Inter-Agency Task Force is still finalizing guidelines on the face shield policy.

While the announcement is a welcome change for many, experts remain divided on the policy.
