Psychologist: Increased mobility partly due to pandemic fatigue

Authorities have noted an increase in mobility since restrictions were somehow eased under Alert Level 4 in Metro Manila.

The same thing is happening in other regions and a psychologist says one reason may be pandemic fatigue.
