Lawmakers to probe contracts, ₱370 fee for yellow cards

Thirty lawmakers want an investigation into the ₱370 charge for yellow cards issued by the Bureau of Quarantine. As of now, travellers and overseas Filipino workers are required to pay ₱300 for the certificate and ₱70 for the convenience fee.
